What Kate does
Nine treatments and one lip package, all on the face. Brows, lip blush and eyeliner include a touch-up visit. Lip neutralization takes two to three sessions, and a brow or lash lift takes one visit. Kate does not do microblading, nanoblading, combo brows or hair strokes. Here is why.
Powder brows
Soft, filled-in brows that look like a light pencil, denser at the tail and lighter at the front.
₱14,990
How it worksOmbre brows
A gradient brow, lightest at the head and darkest at the tail, built from thousands of tiny dots.
₱14,990
How it worksLip blush
A wash of colour that evens the lip tone and sharpens the border without a lipstick look.
₱14,990
How it worksLip neutralization
Warms and lightens dark or uneven lips so a later blush colour heals true.
₱14,990
How it worksLip neutralization and lip blush package
Even out dark lips first, then add the blush colour, as one plan at one price.
₱24,990
How it worksPowder eyeliner
A soft shaded line above the lashes, like smudged pencil, with no hard edge.
₱9,990
How it worksClassic lash line
Pigment placed between the lashes only, so the lash line reads fuller with no visible liner.
₱7,990
How it worksCorrection and cover-up
Reshaping and colour-correcting old permanent makeup that healed grey, orange or uneven.

How it worksHow an appointment goes
- Free consultation, twenty minutes. Kate looks at your skin, your face and any old work. You tell her what you want to stop doing every morning.
- Mapping. Kate measures and draws the shape on you with a pencil. Nothing starts until you have said yes to the mirror.
- Colour. Pigment is mixed against your skin and hair, and for lips against your own lip tone. It looks too dark on the day. It is meant to.
- The session. Numbing cream first, then the work. Brows take about two and a half hours in total, lips and eyeliner a little less.
- Healing and retouch. Colour peaks, flakes, fades to almost nothing, then comes back true by week four. At six to eight weeks Kate refines the shape and colour.

The shape is agreed before a single dot
Clients mention the mapping more than anything else in their reviews, sometimes with surprise. Kate measures the brow against your bone structure, draws it, photographs it, and hands you the mirror. The pencil is the last cheap moment to change your mind, so she spends the time there rather than at the correction stage.
The same rule applies to lips. Kate draws the border and shows you the colour mix before any pigment goes in. One client who had lip tattoo done five times before wrote that this was the first time anyone had shown her the shape first.
Certified, and the paper to show it

Powder and ombre instead of hair strokes
Kate lays brow pigment in as thousands of fine dots. On oily skin in Manila’s humidity, dots fade evenly and keep their shape. Hair strokes cut into the skin blur into a soft smudge within months on the same skin. That is the whole reason she does not offer microblading, and most people who arrive asking for it leave with powder brows once they have seen both drawn on. Who should wait
Pregnant or breastfeeding. Active eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis or open skin on the area. Uncontrolled diabetes or a clotting disorder. Chemotherapy or radiation without a doctor’s clearance. A history of keloids. Isotretinoin in the last six to twelve months. Allergy to pigments or to lidocaine. Botox, filler or a peel on the area in the last two to four weeks. None of these ends the conversation at the consultation; most change the timing.
Before and after

Healed photos where we have them. Fresh work always looks darker and sharper than the result you live with.
What clients say
★★★★★Abi RazoteSeptember 2026Did My Powder brows with Kate. She spent like 40 minutes just drawing the shape before touching me which I did not expect but ok now I get why. Month later they still look amazing. Thank you so much!

★★★★★Michela VelosoJuly 2026 (excerpt)I've had lip tattoo around 5 times before. Kate did the best job by far. I appreciated that she measured my lip outline and showed me how the shape would look before she began coloring, unlike others in the past who would start coloring

Questions Kate gets asked
Where is the studio?

Who will do my procedure?
Kate, start to finish. She draws the shape, picks the colour, does the work and sees you again for the retouch. Nobody else touches your face.
How much does permanent makeup cost?
Each treatment has its own price on the prices page. Brows cost ₱14,990, lips ₱14,990. The consultation is free and you leave it with an exact quote.
Does it hurt?
A numbing cream goes on before and again during the session. Most clients describe brows as pressure or light scratching. Lips are the most sensitive area, and the second numbing takes most of that away.
How long does it last?
One to three years before it softens enough to want a refresh. Oily skin, sun, exfoliating acids and retinol near the area shorten that; sunscreen lengthens it. A yearly colour boost is shorter and cheaper than starting over.
Do you do microblading?
No. Kate does powder brows and ombre brows. Microblading cuts hair strokes into the skin, and on oily skin in Manila’s humidity those strokes blur within months. Powder pigment fades evenly instead. If you came here searching for microblading, this page explains the choice.
